Monster is a Base game follower form in Cult of the Lamb. Find Rakshasa while on a crusade, then hit his love (the giant snail) until Rakshasa becomes enraged and fights you. Defeat him to get the Massive Monster Statue blueprint. Build it and then worship it at night to get the Monster follower form.
